GEAR DRIVE/COVER, ALUMINUM, Accurate valve timing is assured with the Allstar Aluminum Gear Drive for the Small Block Chevrolet V8. Billet aluminum plate, with built-in idler gear, bolts on in place of original timing cover for quick, precise timing adjustments. Gear drive is complete with crankshaft and cam gears, needle bearing sets for the front and rear of cam gear, two camshaft dowel pins, and five camshaft gear offset bushings. (Recommended for use with two-piece Edelbrock cover, EDE4242.)
